Fireworks by Donnora Policies

Regulated fireworks need adult supervision and, by law, we must place certain Terms and Conditions on the sale of our fireworks. When you buy fireworks from us, you agree to and accept all of the Terms and Conditions set forth in this section.

1. Our merchandise is sold only with the agreement that you will obey all pertinent laws, including Federal, State, County, City, and other local laws. A summary of the laws that regulate fireworks in your State can be found at the American Pyrotechnics Association web site.
   
   
2. When purchasing fireworks from Fireworks by Donnora, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fireworks by Donnora from any and all legal consequences, damages, or fees arising from the transportation, storage, handling, sale, and/or use of fireworks. Only you are responsible for your actions.
   
   
3. We try to maintain accurate records on our inventory so that we know what we have in stock all the time. This information is actively updated on our website regularly. In the event an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value.
   
   
4. You must be 18 years old to purchase fireworks. By submitting your order with Fireworks by Donnora, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age.
   
   
5. We accept checks, VISA, MasterCard locally and VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through PayPal. For credit card orders, we require the zip code that your card is billed to, and the three-digit security code that is printed in the signature block on the back of your card.
   
   
6. At this time you may only purchase fireworks at our physical location. If you have a question about whether specific fireworks are legal in your state, please visit the American Pyrotechnics Association web site or give us a call at 1-866-833-3135 or email us and we will do our best to answer your questions.
   
   
7. While we have invested a considerable amount of time verifying the data on our website, we are not responsible for errors or omissions on our website. If you find an error, or believe something is not clear, call us at 866-833-3135 (Toll Free) or send email to info@fireworksbydonnora.com and we will have it corrected promptly.
   
   
8. Pennsylvania residents must pay 6% sales tax on all items ordered.
   
   
9. We only accept local personal checks. We do accept out of state money orders and certified checks when you physically come into Fireworks by Donnora
   
   
10. Prices on our website are subject to change without notice.
    
    
11. The price list is in effect until December 31 of the current year.
    
    
12. This merchandise is sold at our physical location only except for items de-regulated by the US DOT or items that have been arranged to ship via a hazardous materials independent trucking firm at additional cost.
    
    
13. This merchandise is sold strictly upon the condition that the seller, or his agents, shall not be liable in any civil action for any accident, injury, or arrest that may occur during the transportation, handling, storage, or sale of this merchandise.
    
    
14. All prices are FOB, Mehoopany, Pennsylvania, and are subject to change without notification.
    
    
15. We reserve the right to limit the number of cases of any item sold to allow all of our customers to have the chance at new merchandise.
    
    
16. On all orders, we serve the right to substitute for any items not in stock. Such substitutions will be of similar items and of equal or greater value.
    
    
17. All email address entered into our web site are not sold or shared with any other vendors. They are strictly for our use to let you know of specials, etc. Please set your spam settings to allow emails from Fireworks by Donnora so you don't miss out on our every so often specials.
