as pleasant as possible. The information on this page will help
you shop at Fireworks by Donnora, our Terms and Conditions, and how to contact our customer
service department in the event you have a question or need assistance.

Fireworks by Donnora relies on Internet technology and computer
automation to keep costs low. If you send us an email, we will respond
to it within two business days or less during our regular business
day (Monday thru Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST). We understand your questions
are important, and we strive to provide great customer service.
You are also welcome to call us at 1-866-833-3135. However, our
phones can encounter long delays in the weeks before the July 4th
holiday season and New Years.
Terms
and Conditions
Because fireworks are a regulated product and demand adult supervision
when using them, we place specific Terms and Conditions on the sale
of our fireworks. When you buy fireworks from us, you agree to and
accept all of the Terms and Conditions set forth in this section.
- Our merchandise is sold only with the affirmation by the purchasers
that, in reselling or using fireworks, they will obey all pertinent
laws - Federal, State, County, City, and Municipality - in accordance
with the laws and regulations applicable at the point of destination.
- All merchandise is sold upon condition that Fireworks by Donnora
shall not be liable in any civil action for any arrest, accident,
or injury occasioned during the transportation, handling, storage,
sale, or use of merchandise.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- In the event an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to
substitute a similar item of equal or greater value.
- Pennsylvania residents must have a signed local or federal permit
to purchase fireworks to display specific fireworks and present
it at the time of purchase along with a copy of your driver's
license. Please call for permit information or download
from this web site.
- Please check your local laws and regulations regarding the purchase
of Mace.
- You must be 18 years old to purchase fireworks. By submitting
your order to Fireworks by Donnora, you certify that you are at
least 18 years of age. We require everyone to sign our Release
form found on our Order/Release document.
- Some items in this catalog may be discontinued without notice,
due to Consumer Products Safety Commission rulings.
- Purchaser assumes all risks and relieves Fireworks by Donnora
of any and all liabilities associated with the use of fireworks.
- IT'S THE LAW: NO CHILDREN under the age of SIX are allowed to
handle sparklers!
- All PA purchases must have 6% sales tax added to the total amount,
or have a tax exempt number and form filed with Fireworks by Donnora.
Other States do not have to pay sales tax.
- Pennsylvania residents must fill out a permit to purchase fireworks.

- We accept checks but they must clear the bank before processing
an order, VISA and MasterCard. For credit card orders, we require
the zip code that your card is billed to, and the three-digit
security code that is printed in the signature block on the back
of your card.
- While we have invested a considerable amount of time verifying
the data on our website, we are not responsible for errors or
omissions. If you find an error, or believe something is not clear,

promptly.
- We reserve the right to modify our Terms and Conditions at any

Ordering Fireworks
There are several ways to order fireworks from US Fireworks,
including ordering online from our website, telephone orders, and
ordering by FAX. While we can answer your questions over the phone,
we prefer not to take orders directly over the phone. By ordering
online or ordering by FAX, you save time (both yours and ours), and
you reduce errors by providing us with the documentation we need to
fill your order as accurately and as quickly as possible. If none of
these options will work for you, you can go ahead and place an order
over the phone by calling us at 866-833-3135, but we prefer online
orders or FAX at
570-833-4875.
How To Order Online
To
order through our website, simply click on the Category links in the
left-hand margin of the page, select the products you want to
purchase using our shopping cart software, and proceed to checkout
by clicking the "View Cart" button in the top right-hand corner of
the web page. The shopping cart will guide you during the checkout
process.
Ordering By Phone
To
order via phone, simply call us at 866-833-3135. You may want to
download and complete our order form first to make the order process

Ordering By FAX
The
simplest way to order via FAX is to print out our ordering form. Our
order form is available in two formats -- Adobe PDF format, and
Microsoft Word 2000 format. You can download readers for both of the
formats from the respective software vendors. Click one of the

Shipping Charges
We
use a variety of trucking companies to ship our fireworks to
customers. Trucking companies charge a minimum of $120.00 to ship
fireworks. We want to help make it more affordable for you to buy
fireworks, so we have decided to pay for part or all of your
shipping cost! The following list shows our shipping charges as of

Delivering
Fireworks
Because the US Post Office, UPS, and
Federal Express will not transport consumer fireworks, we have to
rely on trucking companies to deliver fireworks for us. We use a
variety of different companies -- Yellow Freight, Overnight Express,
Roadway and others.
Your Ship To location must be able to
accept freight shipments. We strongly advise you to arrange for
delivery to a work or business address. This will reduce both the
delivery time and shipping complications. All shipments to
residential addresses will be delivered to the closest trucking
terminal to that location.
After we receive
your order, it generally takes us 24 to 48 hours to process your
order, pick your merchandise, pack it securely for shipment, and
notify the trucking company to deliver your shipment. If things get
really busy, it can take as long as 72 hours to get something
shipped. Plus, the trucking companies only pick up Monday through
Friday. If you are purchasing fireworks for the Fourth of July
holiday, we encourage you to order as early as possible, at least
two-three weeks in advance.
It usually takes 3 to 14 days to
deliver fireworks by truck. Most of our fireworks are shipped from
Michigan, so if you are near Michigan, you may get your delivery
sooner rather than later. Once we hand the package off to the
shipper, the order is out of our hands and it becomes the
responsibility of the shipper. If your package does not arrive
within a reasonable amount of time, please call us at
866-833-3135, or send email to
info@fireworksbydonnora.com and we will help you track the
shipment.
The trucking company will usually call
you to arrange delivery of the items. It is very important that you
do not refuse delivery of your order -- once it has been shipped, it
is out of our hands and the responsibility for the shipment falls
between you and the trucking company. ONCE YOUR FIREWORKS HAVE BEEN
SHIPPED, THEY CAN NEVER BE RETURNED. DO NOT ORDER FIREWORKS IF THERE
IS ANY CHANCE YOU MAY NOT WANT THEM WHEN THEY ARRIVE. ALL SALES ARE
FINAL.
If you do instruct the shipper to
return your shipment after it arrives, you will be charged actual
freight charges for both directions, plus a 15% restocking fee. In
many cases, this can exceed the cost of the original order due to
the high cost of transporting HAZMAT goods.
If the shipment appears to be damaged
upon receipt, please have the delivery agent make a notation stating
that fact. Any notification delay may result in a loss to you. We
cannot honor claims that a carrier is responsible for. All claims
for shortages and/or damages must be made within ten (10) days of
receipt of your merchandise. If you have any questions related to
