Download & Print PA Fireworks Permits

Download & print our Pennsylvania permits. Take them to your local elected official for them to sign.

Out of state residents do not require a permit. But you do need a valid driver's license to be able to purchase fireworks from our showroom and you must follow the laws of your state and locality.
